Metal-ceramic (alloy-ceramic) fixed restorations

Metal-ceramic restorations feature a metal construction covered by ceramic. They meet all aesthetic requirements; they are sufficiently rigid, the colour is stable and is not affected by the contact with cigarettes and coffee. Comparing to full-ceramic restorations their biocompatibility is lower. These restorations are financially more demanding.
